Our Programs
At DPOL, we believe that every pet deserves a safe and loving home. By providing affordable spay/neuter services, education, and community support, we’re reducing pet overpopulation and keeping animals out of shelters. Our work is only possible thanks to the dedicated volunteers, donors, and advocates who share our mission of responsible pet care.
We believe education is key to long-term change. Our educational programs focus on teaching responsible pet care, the benefits of spay/neuter, and humane treatment of animals.
