Dog People of Livingston is a non-profit focused on companion animal welfare. We are working to improve all aspects of companion animal life in Livingston Parish by educating the citizens about responsible pet care and advocating for additional services from our Parish leaders. Low cost spay and neuter access for our residents' pets is top priority.
